Testing includes approximately 7 to 8 hours with the student, a detailed report, and a parent conference (approx. 1 hr. at the office or at the school), and an individual conference with the student at the office (approx. 30 minutes)

Autism Evaluation Students age 24 months through 4th grade: $3,500
Testing includes approximately 8 to 9 hours with the student, a detailed report, and a parent conference (approx. 1 hr.)
Autism Evaluation Students 5th grade through adult: $3,700

A $350 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure an appointment(s). The balance is due the first day of testing.
