Testing includes approximately 6 to 7 hours with the student, a detailed report, and a parent conference (approx. 1 hr. at the office or at the school)

Testing includes approximately 7 to 8 hours with the student, a detailed report, and a parent conference (approx. 1 hr. at the office or at the school), and an individual conference with the student at the office (approx. 30 minutes)

Autism Evaluation Students age 24 months through 4th grade: $500
Testing includes approximately 2 to 3 hours with the student, a detailed report, and a parent conference (approx. 1 hr.)
Autism Evaluation Students 5th grade through adult: $700
Testing includes approximately 3 to 4 hours with the student, a detailed report, a parent conference(approx. 1 ht.), and an individual conference with the student (approx. 30 minutes)

A $300 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure an appointment(s). The balance is due the first day of testing.
